Company Profile
About Southeast Aero
We are in the aircraft business, but that's not all we are. At the heart of our
organization is the talented team of professionals that drives our success.
A Message from our Founder and President, Kramer Upchurch:
Someone once said, “If you only give people what they want, someone else will give
them what they have never dreamed possible." I’ve never forgotten that, and it stands
as the guiding principle behind our business.
In 1992, Southeast Aero opened its doors with the idea of giving our customers more
than they expected. That determination has paid off, as we now enjoy a loyal and
long-term following who feel like friends.
We do this by expecting more from ourselves than anyone else expects from us —
particularly issues of service ethics and integrity. In fact, as a customer of
Southeast Aero, you can expect the following sales and service guarantees:
- You are our most important customer.
- We stand behind our workmanship.
- We follow through on our promises.
- We tell you the truth.
- We respect your dollar.
We recognize our customers do business with us by choice. We must earn their loyalty
at each opportunity. Regardless of the circumstances, we want each customer to feel
that we have been fair, honest and committed to their satisfaction.
I invite you to contact me personally to discuss how we might be of service to you and
your aircraft. And I guarantee we’ll deliver expert sales and service that you expect
and deserve.
Our thanks for your support.
